    Comments about MLB American Needle Philadelphia Phillies 1939-41 Road Cooperstown Fitted Cap:

    This cap has a tag that is 7 3/8 but it is probably 7 5/8. I have bought previous caps from MLB and all 7 3/8 caps fit perfectly. I plan on returning cap thought I am not happy for having to pay 5.50 for using the pre-paid label.
