      Fantastic memento!

      The official product description isn't very helpful so I thought I'd add my own comments. I ordered this DVD set as soon as the Giants won the WS since I knew that I'd want to watch every game over and over for a long time. I received it last week and just finished watching all 8 DVD's...yes, 8! Not only does the set include the 4 WS games, it also includes the complete: Game 5 of the NLDS vs. the Reds (the clincher), Game 5 of the NLCS vs. the Cardinals (Zito's epic performance) and if that weren't frosting on the cake enough, it also includes Matt Cain's perfect game in June! Whoever chose the extra games to include in the set really "hit a grand slam"! The 8th DVD is a mishmash of various extras: regular season walk-off winning hits, 20-game hit streaks, pitching highlights, division clinching game highlights, and brief highlights from their other wins in the NLDS and NLCS as well as post-game interviews and celebrations. If I had to complain about 1 thing, it would be that they didn't really include very many highlights from the NLCS Game 7 blowout win vs. the Cards, especially Pence's wacky broken-bat triple-hit double -- this is one of the most unusual hits ever seen in baseball history, and not to include it in a highlight reel is just puzzling. But everything else in the set was just what I would want. And just to clarify other reviewers' comments, you CAN indeed select to hear the audio with Kruk, Kuip and Miller instead -- given that, what are you waiting for, Giants fans? This is a must buy!

      I see a comment saying that the Kruk/Kuip/Miller audio is available. Hopefully that's true, I just wonder why it doesn't say that in the product description itself.

        Loved the Series, have worn a hole in the game 5 disk. Check the audio options in the disk menu for Kruk, Kuip and Miller audio call of the game. Too much fun, I'm hoping Santa brings me this one too!

        I own the 2010 version and I love watching the GIANTS taking the 2010 Series, their first in San Francisco, during the long winter months. One setback is that you have to listen to Jack Buck and Tim McCarver blather. If only they had an option to subsitute jon Miller, Kruk and Kuip's commentary from the same games over the images taken by FOX Sports. Now that really would be worth paying for!

        Great when there there are no other sports on. In 2010, they had 2 NLCS games and all 5 World Series games. Many might think it a con, but you listen to the commentary of Joe Buck and Tim Mccarver
