Comments about Nike Los Angeles Dodgers Dri-Fit Adjustable Practice Game Cap:

I wanted a hat that just said "LA." No frills. And girls apparently don't like this because all women's hats were pink or torn or sparkly or something crazy. So, we had gone to other hat stores and the trendy flat billed hats just did not look great and felt uncomfortable. But my boyfriend plays tennis and suggested we try to find dri-fit or other fitted sportswear hat with an LA logo. They didn't have any at the store, so we went online. This hat is perfect and even has the simplicity of just the "LA" logo.

Service and delivery comments:

The hat arrived earlier than expected and originally I had to add an apt number. Let me just say, the customer service here is shockingly amazing.

After frantically calling to update the apt number, I looked online throughout the day and did not see that the number had been added. The CSR line was closed, so I emailed just asking if the change was something that I couldn't see. It was. A very nice rep explained that it didn't change online because it had finished processing. I was satified with that answer. Then, the day that the package arrived, I received a phone call confirming that the package was received and the apt number change was correct.

WOW. If you really stop to think about the amount of time it would take to follow up with EVERY order change... Pretty much, if I had more things to buy here, it would be the only place I shop!
