MLB and Team Gift Cards

MLB and participating team gift cards may be used online to purchase (a) team merchandise at shop.mlb.com, and (b) select, individual game tickets to participating MLB team home games at participating team websites. See below for a list of these team websites.

Redeeming a Gift Card online at shop.mlb.com:

• Shop online at shop.mlb.com and select items you wish to purchase.
• When you're ready to checkout, click "Shopping Cart."
• Proceed through the checkout.
• Enter your Gift Card number and unique PIN from the card on the Payment page and click "Apply Gift Cards".
• When making a purchase online at shop.mlb.com, you may redeem up to four Gift Cards per order.

Gift Card Balance

• Check the balance of your Gift Card by calling a Customer Service Representative at 866-815-7994. When you call, be sure to have your Gift Card number and PIN in front of you.

Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards:

• MLB Gift Cards may be redeemed online at shop.mlb.com.
• The MLB.com gift card can also be used online for non-discounted individual single game ticket purchases on the following team sites ONLY: coloradorockies.com, nationals.com, pirates.com, sfgiants.com, oaklandathletics.com, tigers.com and twinsbaseball.com.
• If the amount of your Gift Card does NOT cover the total purchase amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with a valid form of payment.
• If the amount of your Gift Card is for MORE than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored on your Gift Card account for future use.
• Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash except under certain circumstances provided by law in some states including but not limited to CA, CO, ME, MA, MT, RI, VT, WA, OK and OR.
• We cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Cards.
• When making a purchase online at shop.mlb.com, you may redeem up to four Gift Cards per order.
• If you have any additional questions relating to an online purchase, please contact our Customer Service Department.
• If you have additional questions relating to the activity and balance of your gift card or have questions about redeeming your card, please call 866-815-7994
• Items paid for with a Gift Card will be charged applicable sales tax.
• In the event that this card may be reloadable in the future, fees may apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Face value is in US dollars.
• Gift cards void where prohibited.

Colorado Rockies:

• Tickets: Good for purchases of non-discounted single game tickets to regrular season Rockies home games at Coors Fields Ticket Office, the Rockies Dugout Stores, and online at coloradorockies.com
• Merchandise: Good for purchases at the Rockies Dugout Stores and online at coloradorockies.com, and also at participating concessions throughout Coors Field

Detroit Tigers:

• Tickets: Good for single game ticket purchases at ballpark box office and tigers.com. (Spring Training Not Included)
• Merchandise: Good for purchases at select Tigers team stores located in Comerica Park, including the "Tigers Pro Shop" on the main concourse (right field), and at tigers.com.

Minnesota Twins:

• Tickets: Purchased at the Target field ticket office, Twins Pro Shops in Apple Valley, Roseville and Minnetonka, and online at www.twinsbaseball.com.
• Merchandise: Purchased at the Twins Pro Shops in Apple Valley, Roseville and Minnetonka, and online at www.twinsbaseball.com.

Oakland Athletics:

• Tickets: Good for purchases at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum box office and online at oaklandathletics.com.
• Merchandise: Good for purchases during A's home games at select Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum team stores and online at oaklandathletics.com.

Pittsburgh Pirates:

• Tickets: Good for purchases of non-discounted individual tickets available for regular season games, at the PNC Box Office and online at pirates.com.
• Merchandise: Good for purchases online at pirates.com/

San Francisco Giants:

• Tickets: Good for purchases at Giants Dugout Stores, AT&T Park Ticket Windows (game days only) and online at sfgiants.com.
• Merchandise: Good for purchases year round at all Giants Dugout Stores, during home games at all souvenir locations throughout AT&T Park, and online at sfgiants.com.
• Concessions: Good for purchases at most locations throughout AT&T Park during all Giants home games.
